Cynthia is a NYC-based stage & film director, occasional actor, and has spent over two decades teaching acting at the college and professional level. Cynthia took CCT for the first time during the summer of 2017 and very quickly discovered just how much the practices benefitted not only her personal life, but her work as a teacher and a storyteller. When her artistic life was put on pause during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Cynthia leapt at the chance to join the first online cohort of Compassion Institute’s CCT Teacher Training Program. She is honored to be a member of this global community of certified CCT instructors, and welcomes the opportunity to share these practices with anyone with a desire to make the world a more compassionate place.
