I work as teacher in the Faculty of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences belonging to the Technical University of Madrid, specifically in the department of Health and Human Performance.
My PHD was in sport biochemistry area, nevertheless I currently teach subjects related to health among which are: sports nutrition and ergogenic aids, physical activity and health, relaxation techniques and growth and development in adolescence. My area of research has been focused on high competition sports athletes, since the high performance center (CAR, Blume) is very close to my faculty. I offer support in sports nutrition counseling in a very personal way I am trying to introduce meditative practices to young elite athletes.
On the other hand, I supervise the doctoral programs representing our area in the Technical University of Madrid.
