After a successful career managing and leading hospital and community mental health services across Australia, I now work as an independent coach, facilitator, and compassion educator.

I am passionate about cultivating more compassionate health and mental health services, the development of compassionate organisations and supporting compassionate managers and leaders.

I am a registered Occupational Therapist, and have completed a Master’s of Business Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. My coaching list includes CEO’s, senior leaders and emerging leaders in the health and community sector.
