Marcelo is devoted to building beloved communities that can evoke the best of humanity. He is passionate about supporting youth connect with their calling and truth by questioning life and cultivating positive habits that help them better understand themselves and others in order to live a meaningful life. He is on a mission to explore ways in which contemplative practices and spirituality can support youth leadership development and integrate inner and outer transformation. Marcelo has worked with social-emotional learning education for the past 5 years and leads weekly meditation to youth around Latin America since 2019. Marcelo is current going through the two year meditation teacher training lead by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
