María Fernández Sabau is a certified Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) Instructor by the Compassion Institute. She studied Business Administration and Political Science, at Universidad Pontificia de ComillasICADE (Spain) with a specialization in Social Innovation. She holds a masters in Professional Interventions using Mindfulness at Alcala de Henares University (Spain) with a specialization in business and health. She is an expert in strategy and purpose with an extensive track record advising organizations; offering in-depth knowledge of sustainability, cultural and social issues. She collaborates regularly with several universities on topics related to well-being, values, purpose, mindfulness and compassion. Nowadays, she also teaches mindfulness and compassion based programs for populations facing chronic illness and pain.
