Tal studied the science, philosophy and pedagogy of compassion at the Compassion Institute ™ and is teaching Compassion Cultivation Training © (CCT) as part of her certification process.

In her earlier work as an ethnographic researcher and innovation consultant, Tal wove deep empathy for users into business opportunities that truly connect to human needs.
