Robin Hart brings an eclectic blend of experience to her work as a CCT instructor, including decades in the entertainment industry, the non-profit realm, and as a former Buddhist nun in the Tibetan tradition. Robin has facilitated meditation instruction and practice since 2002 and became a CCT certified instructor in 2013. She moved to the Triangle/Triad region from Southern California in 2014.
