Are you looking to alleviate stress and feel empowered as you go forward in 2024?
The mind can be very active, especially at times where we are stressed out and uncertain. As we enter the New Year and many of us focus on New Year’s resolutions or restart our meditation practices, a Settling the Mind meditation is the perfect way kickstart your meditation practice and settle into 2024. By focusing on settling the mind through mindfulness or meditation, we can relieve stress, worry, and feelings of burden.
Senior CCT™ Teacher Lakiba Pittman, M.A. will take you through a 30-minute easy meditative practice to settle the mind. When you are finished, you may feel less stressed, more open, and find it easier to connect with others compassionately.
