Jim Rowley is Professor Emeritus at the University of Dayton’s School of Education and Health Sciences and a professional development specialist for the Montgomery County Educational Service Center in Dayton, Ohio. Jim was a high school teacher for 20 years before joining the Teacher Education faculty at the University of Dayton to begin his 23 year career in higher education. He has devoted the last thirty years of his professional life to supporting classroom teachers and school leaders across the United States in the areas of mentor teacher training, entry-year teacher programming, and leadership development, with all of his professional development programs including a focus on mindfulness and compassionate care. He is dedicated to bringing the CCT workshop to educational communities.
