This program introduces you to basic concepts, overview of class, practical tools and exercises from the 8-week Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) program.

Join Certified Compassion Cultivation Training instructors in a live online classroom where you’ll participate in discussion and exercises from CCT.

This class is interactive and happens live in a group learning environment. To participate, you will need a quiet location, a reliable internet connection, and a computer or tablet with a webcam and a microphone. Aly Waibel, PhD

Aly Waibel, PhD is a Senior Certified Teacher of the Compassion Cultivation Training course developed at Stanford University’s Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education. She has taught mindfulness and compassion workshops and courses since 2012 and completed her PhD at the University of Arizona College of Education with a focus on lifelong learning and contemplative education. Aly founded Compassion Education in 2013 and formed the nonprofit Compassion Education Alliance in 2021 to share compassion-based programs locally and online. Aly is currently the Associate Executive Director of Professional Training and Operations at the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
