Join us for a FREE half hour guided practice with Compassion Institute Founding Faculty, Erika Rosenberg, Ph.D.

Tonglen is a powerful practice that helps us learn to be present with the suffering in ourselves and others and envision ways to transform that suffering into ease. Tonglen builds courage and lightness, at the same time. In the process of this transformation, one learns to reinforce the ability to serve another while also building your own strength.

Get a taste of what this practice has to offer by joining us for a free 30 minute meditation.

This guided session will be led by  Compassion Institute Founding Faculty, Erika Rosenberg, Ph.D. on Wednesday, February 18th at 12pm Pacific Time.
