KATHY Lorentz, MS, is an educator, minister, spiritual director and mother of 5 sons. With more than 30 years of teaching mindfulness and spirituality, Kathy has accompanied thousands of young people on their journey. She has a Masters of Science in Counseling with specializations in Marriage, Family Child, and School Counseling. She is the Associate Director for Community Life at Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep in San Francisco.
