Working and volunteering in the Social Area for more than ten years in the realm of social exclusion using Mindfulness and Compassion. For more than 5 years giving Together with Carlos Herradón Vírseda ( another CCT Teacher in Madrid) Programs (CCT, MBSR, MSC) and courses in Prisons in Madrid, Spain, and to youth population in vulnerable situation.
